March 2009 - What an eventful month!

March, a month full of events, went by reasonably quickly. Since a picture paints a thousand word, I'll let my pix tell the story..

4 March - Fire Drill

At the muster area at the KLCC Park.. Our Fire Marshalls..

Fortunately, it was a bright sunny day.. Random shot - Old, pretty tree at the park..

5 March - Visit to Galeri PETRONAS

The visit was impromtu and I didn't have my camera with me. So, I had to use the cam on my cell phone (again!) and pix are limited to only pieces that I liked.

11 March - DinoTrek 2 Launch

I have a whole seperate post on this. These are 2 pix taken of our department (minus Rozmah)by our intern, Aina, at the Malaysian Petroleum Club after the event.

14 March - Start of the MPH Booksale
The sale lasted till 22 March and by the end of it, these are the books I ended up buying. Very glad that I found the rest of my 'Babylon' books!

20 March - Lunch with Josh & Daniel

We had worked with these guys and their team during the ACTology regionals & finals last year. Since Rafidah & Shamini were on leave & Jasmin had a prior engagement, I ended up having lunch alone with the guys..

We ended up having lunch at Spring Garden

Simple & tasty.. stir fried spinach, hot plate Japanese tofu & cod stewed in Chinese herbs..

26 March - Rescue Kittens

Fortunately, I'd managed to find them a (good) home. Still, I had to keep them with me for 1 night, which really stressed Tisha big time! Poor thing!

28 March - Petrosains Carnival & Earth Hour

Since I had my hands full (literally & figuratively), I didn't snap away during the carnival. Only have this pix of us, KK, Rieza, Rafidah, Shamini, Fred & moi, 'putting our best foot forward' (again, literally & figuratively! Haha..) at the start of the carnival.


Watching the lights of the KLCC Twin Towers go out in conjunction with Earth Hour was awesome!
