LIBUR Magazine Tourism Awards - 17 December 2008

Libur, a travel magazine, held their Tourism Awards ceremony at the Concorde KL Hotel. Galeri Petronas was nominated for an award and they had booked a table. Since many people couldn't make it, our good friend, Shamala, invited us to join them. So, Jasmin & I went. Just as well we did 'coz Galeri Petronas won!

The food served was Malay & the sambal prawns were yummy!

The top honour of the night was the Tourism Personality of the Year and that honour went to Dato' Tony Fernandez, CEO of Air Asia.

We all went to congratulate Dato' Fernandez, who was a real good sport and even posed for pix with Shamala, Jasmin & moi..
