Leo Burnett Events Christmas Party - 12 December 2008

Leo Burnett's Events Department threw their Christmas Party at Heritage Mansion and their theme was "Nightmare Before Christmas". Guests were expected to turn up in ghoulish outfits.. So, it ended up being a bit of a Christmas/Holloween do!

Me with Darren, who's freelancing at LB at the moment. No, I didn't get all dressed to the theme - I just stopped at the make-up!

The party was held at a private section on the first floor and the area was appropriately dressed up to the theme. And, the food was great!

This pix does not do any justice to the lamb which was really VERY yummy! The choc fountain with the loads of marshmallows for dipping.. also seen are some of the smoked salmon canapes..

Mr. DJ in attendance.. It was bound to happen - someone was sure to nod off!

I stuck around till closing time at 3am when the lights came on! That's when I noticed that the outlet had really pretty pendant lamps and decor..

The pretty beaded decor at the bar.. The place was decorated with mirrors in all shapes & sizes in a variety of frames..

While the rest stayed on to clear up & continue drinking, I left at about 3.30am.. Y'know what - I don't miss going to clubs! Gimme a nice cafe or a place like La Bodega where you can have great F&B and conversation any day!
