Then, when all the festivities were over, there were lots of prepping for a few upcoming events. So, it was pretty busy and it was no wonder that time really flew by!
Went for dinner at this place called Tahara with my colleagues Jija & Aki.. The food, generally, was pretty good but the tomyam was excellent! Ah.. can't wait for my trip to Bangkok in early November..
We had pandan chicken, tomyan (of course!), battered squid, ayam masak kicap, stir fried kailan with salted fish and daging bakar.. YUM!
Finally got myself a laptop! I got me one of those mini notebooks by HP despite all the "inputs" from various quarters, but after doing all my "homework" I reckon it fits the bill. I especially love the fact that it's really small and light.
A couple of people had commented that my blog is mostly about cats & food - I guess it's kindda true. So, since I'd done a bit of food in the beginning, here's my update on the kitties!
