Birthday Celebration for Luke & Nigel - 5 June 2009

Although their birthdays are on 9 June, Carol decided to celebrate it on 5 June 'coz the 9th was a weekday and it was a bit of a rush to get home in time for dinner. I had the day off work and this worked well for me too. This birthday would see Luke would turning 16 and Nigel 9.

As usual, Aunty Connie cooked lots..

There was pasta with a creamy seafood sauce.. 'Birthday' noodles..

What Carol calls 'American fried rice' that had bacon bits in it.. Yum! Tossed salad..

And, garlic bread.. Luke enjoying the garlic bread..

After the scrumptious meal, we all chilled for a bit, chatting and laughing.. Then, it was cake time..

Blow out the candles.. Next, we all pose for the customary group pix.. Then, it was cake all around..
