We started off by sharing the Antipasti Platter which consisted roasted garlic, Tunisian eggplant, mushroom confit, pate, balsamic tomatoes, asparagus and grilled seafood with roasted capsicum. It wasn't till we were almost done when I remebered, "Hey.. I didn't take any pix.."
So, this was all that was left when I finally whipped out my cam!

Aunty Connie had Grilled Chicken Salad with cranberries, avacado, turkey ham with ranch dressing.. mmm...
Luke taking a moment to admire his Smoked Salmon Spaghetti tossed with cream, caviar & parsley before digging into it..
James had a Braised Oxtail spaghetti with chunky veg in tomato sauce..
Jade played it really safe (as always!) and had Fish & Chips.. (yawn!!)

Carol, on the other hand, was very adventurous and had the Duck Confit Cassoulet with veal sausages..

Nigel, posing with his "nice cheeseburger" - it was a pretty big burger.. so, some planning was in order.. first, look carefully and size-up the burger.. next open wide to get a big bite!
