My favourites..

Here are some of my favourite photos.. I like them for different reasons - some, I reckon, are nicely composed shots, some have good memories, some I just like beacause.. I like la!Haha..

Anyway, check out my faves that I can post..

I love sunsets by the beach! The one on the left was in Langkawi & the other was in Penang..

Below (left) was also at sunset... over Mt. Kinabalu & on the right, sunrise in Penang.

Butterfly at the Butterfly Park (Penang) & cat sculpture in Kuching - where else, right?
Bad weather.. Yes, that was my plane! Next, a pix taken at Fraser's Hill at Christmas '05

I especially like these shots of my beloved kitties..
One of my all time faourite pix of ChaCha.. and here, a sleepy ChaCha fighting to keep awake!
ChaCha in a bad mood.. A rare 'tender' moment between ChaCha & Michi..

Michi, striking a "I'm deep in thought.." pose! A contented Girl..
The following pix were all taken using my humble (VGA) camera phone. They may not be of the best resolution, but there's definitely something in all of them that I really like..

All in a day - sunny morning & cloudy afternoon over KLCC
Bonding.. Girl's just a sweet cat.. didn't take long to warm up to Michi..

Michi the poser..
This li'l fella is so active & expressive..

The Month of March 2008

I'd only just decided to do this quite recently and have pretty much left out most of the month! So, I'll just do a quick round-up of the month that was.. Some of the highlights for me were all the cute, lovable animals I'd encountered, my company trip up to Awana Genting & all the fun activities that we had there and, of course, the major one for me is the return of my bestest friend, Mona, to Malaysia! Read on..

Of cats & dogs..

For those of you who know me well, you'll know that I have 3 darling kitties that live with me..

ChaCha.. handsome but grumpy.. Girl.. shy & sweet.. Michi.. adorable & affectionate..

Here are pictures of some other adorable, super intelligent & adorable cats & dogs that I'd met over the course of the month..
Resident cats at D'Village Resort, Melaka
The black & white cat, I'd 'met at Central Market.. sadly he was tied-up to a a piece of furniture in the shop! I suspect he's a "working cat" - Job Title: Rat Catcher! The unusually coloured grey cat seems to be the resident cat at Lucky Loke Restaurant in PJ - so 'cantik'!

On the left is Tango.. Uncle Ray & Aunty Helen's lovely, lovely doggie! And, on the right is Fay a.k.a. FeiFei Mona's parents doggie - she may look ordinary but she's has such personality.. so sweet..
My friend Karl's dog.. hmm.. I didn't get his name.. very shy, this one!

Wonder Brand Camp at Awana Gentings, 23 & 24 March 2008

Wonder Brand Camp.. sounds serious but it actually turned out to be quite a lot of fun! It was a tad dreadful 'coz most of us had to give up part of our (precious!) Sunday to gather at KLCC by 5.00pm! The entire company was ferried to the Awana Resort in Genting Highlands (well, technically it's just before Gentings proper) by comfortable buses and arrived at our destination by about 6.45pm or so.

My roomie was Jasmin.. that's her chillin' out in our room just before dinner and that's her again all dolled up for dinner.. Yes, we had a theme - Hawaiian!!! Yes, that's right.. Hawaiian in the Highlands! Hmm.. Still, it was kindda fun, especially since many were into the theme and came dressed... or should I say 'undressed'.. like our beach boys (below)!

It was held by the pool that was very prettily lit. Food was... so-so but can la.. This is part of the Marketing Department..
Standing (L - R) Indra, Jasmin, Rozmah, Jamil, Shamini, Amran, Farid (Organising Committee) & Rafidah
Seated (L - R) Nanthani, ME! & Fred
What was really cool was that I won the the Best Dressed Female prize! Sweet! Especially since I just dressed to 'cukupkan syarat'! Haha! Pictured above is yours truly with our CEO (middle) and colleague Saidin, also from the Marketing Department, who bagged the Best Dressed Male prize. Clean sweep by the Marketing Department, man! Wayyyy cool! And, that's me doing my little 'victory dance'!

After a night of merriment, we had to get up pretty early the next morning for some activities. The view from the restaurant where we had breakfast was nice... made me wanna crawl back into bed and sleep! But, no.. we had all these rigorous, team-building activities lined up!

That's me running one of the races with my CEO.. very scary experience - she's really petite and if I fell on her... you do the math la..! And, there's Jasmin in one of the obstacle challenges.. After getting all sweaty & dirty, we had the prize giving ceremony. My team didn't win.. (not an excuse but I reckon many of them ran off but those who were around were a riot!!! We had loads of fun..) Jasmin's won - good for her!
That's pretty much the whole bunch.. yeah, I know.. can't see much of much but you get the idea. Then, it was a mad scramble for lunch, shower and headed home! Phew!
